I was born and raised here me and my husband just renewed our vows after 26 years my children rented a room at the Hyatt House in for us that night it was the worst experience I ever had Pedro the man that works there is so rude very mean he intentionally harassed me and my husband we are an elderly couple I could not believe it I talked to the owner about this situation I was told to find another hotel when our relatives come in from out of state we always bring him to the sweet little hotel but not anymore I hope someone looks in to this people should not so harassed or abused when paying money to stay there very very upset about this place will never ever recommend it to anyone else I know
