Memorial Benches?

I am not sure where to look for this information, but any help will be appreciated. My grandfather passed away last Jan. and his ashes were put out to sea, my grandmother would like to have a place where she can go and 'visit' him. My question is who do I need to talk to about maybe purchasing a bench with a name plaque on it? I know they really enjoyed visiting this park, in fact I remember them taking me to the ski show when it was just a muddy mess, way before it became the beautiful gem that it is today. Also, would anybody have any idea how much this would cost?
