Looking to find out the scoop about Naples Park

We would to find a nice condo west of 41 but we have a dog and definitely see that is an issue. So we are back to looking for a home with a fenced yard east of 41. We live in NJ now but Naples Park seems like a nice area but not sure that it is just a bunch of homes being flipped. What is the real story about livign in Naples Park? Is it a nice safe place with friendly neighbors?
